HI-TECH PICC18 Delay

Hey all, I've been using the HI-TECH C compiler for PIC 12/16 devices for a long time. To delay, all you had to do was define your clock frequency and call _delay or __delay_ms or __delay_us.

I've finally moved to the PIC18 series of chips and have the HI-TECH C compiler for PIC18 now. The problem is, these delay routines are nowhere to be found. What can I do? How do I delay easily again on this platform?
