i need the schematics off the Silicon Chip Online - SMS Controller Pt.1[size=-1] ?[/size]

I have made thise device. But old models Nokia 6110 do not charge in it.
After inestigations this fact, I am understand, that it charging only pulsing voltage, not DC.
I have made additional plate with timer, giving pulses with 50 HZ and p-n-p tansistor for swithing on-off charging current.
Now all works well.
