You can try to find a powerful fm transmitter & a receiver and modify them for your frequency. Then use lm567 tone decoder for digital communication or lm331(or similar) for analog!

I just got a couple of these:

They are 433Mhz Tx/Rx pairs for £9.99, so for full duplex 2 sets are required. They state 70m as range but with a 1/4 wavelength antenna 300m+ can be achieved. They look similar to the others, thick film hybrid SIL package etc. Data rate is lower at ~2k/s. Easy to use; TTL or CMOS logic level input & output, no control or handshaking required.
Maplin are fairly quick & reliable for mail order. (I dont work for them btw, they suck for components - almost no selection and pricey ie 17p for 1 resistor!)
