Post by: Jeckson on February 16, 2010, 01:51:12 01:51
Hai
Great sonsivri.

I tried to transfer files .pcb from old protel99.Unfortunedly my winXP cann't used the protel 99 anymore.
Didn't know what kind of programs that used.
Needed little help...
Someone have sparetime to transfer the .PCB file which I download from free tracker website to became extension that could read by Eagle CAD?

at documentation there's info from builder...

Thank you
Jeckson

Is this pcb file is really draw by protel99? are you sure ?
I can't use protel99 open it.

btw, maybe there no way convert it to eagle pcb directlly, why don't you draw it yourself?

I think if convert to a images and import to eagle, so that you can place componets and via.. according the 1:1 images.
also can use gerber as middle work.

Just cut'n'paste a little from beginning from your suspected p99 file. I mainly use P99SE SP6 and am very familiar with that format
