I am repairing a broken genuine segger Jlink v6 hardware, already replaced the burned CPU (91SAM7S64AU), but I need firmware for it. Does anyone have the bin file for V6, preferably a bin file designed for use with sam-ba loader. Only problem I had is it does not take updates from jlink commander v4.12. Communication times out during firmware upload and when unit restarts, it comes up with old firmware. I tried the flash erase pin and reloading samba (clean install) same results. Only thing during samba programming it asks if you want to unlock regions 1-15 and relock them afterwards, anyone ever done this before? thanks again for the post/help.

I flash erased and loaded sam-ba bootloader again, and reflashed this time I told it to unlock regions 1-15 and after flash burn I told it NOT to relock them. I then ran j-link commander and it auto updated the unit perfectly. Thx again |
