Any programmer for pic uses in system programming except for the parallel programmed(very old) ones. Just use the Clock,Data,MCLR,GND and VCC lines connected to your pic in the programming hardware if you have any, if you don't have any I suggest EPIC programmer. For it's extra powered feature it can power your board as well!
