kabron,

I don't know what you are trying to do here.....This is absolutely NOT what I made, it seems you are using another version of the compiler, may be posted by others, then you come here and say that you got a security error which has nothing to do with my version of Proton+, any way, this was a bad behaviour in deed, as you should have explained that this is NOT my version at the first place.....then say you got a different version of this damn compiler with which you got problems, and start asking for help after that...................

At the first glance, I started invetigating  :eek:  that problem  and why it appeared, it really took me a very long time to see what this problem was all about, but found nothing, till I discovered this was a different version you are using when I looked to your attachment, what is this, ha, why don't you just use the version I uploaded, or the version uploaded by other friends !!

This is the way my version looks like.................. :mad:

Good Day,
I have to thank you Metal and the group behind the  scene and of course to sonsivri. Thanks men, I have tested the above progs and 100% working. I followed the instructions in the package. I have project which uses PIC18's project tested it is compiling and working. Includes command tested it is working unlike the one that have been posted by POSEC group. Actually I use XP sp2, in my Laptop, just for your info.
Once again men, thanks.....cheers!!!

More Power,
mred

Metal, I apologize, you're right. The thing was that the IDE automatically find the compiler from PDS also installed on my PC. Now it's OK. Thank you very much!

Hello Yazi

I don't use Proteus, thats why I didn't pay attention to this edition being able to debug with proteus software. Also as some guys said, the core is 2.2.0....., so I don't expect it to debug directly with proteus, unless you use proteus with the .asm file after you compiled the .bas file.

Any way guys, you are all welcome, I am glad to see you able to use one of crownhill's products more successfully and freely now Smiley

bye

Metal,
I think that we can  debug *. bas file under proteus only with new compiler as 3.0 of crownhills .

Hi everybody,
since version 6.7 you must add this line at the end of your code: F1_EOF:
So you can use *.bas directly in Proteus.

Bests regards

Gracias Sonsivri ("Thank you very much, Sonsivri").

Breixo

Hi, guys:

I've installed the Proton by MetaL and I've some troubles. Fisrt of all, see what it appears under Help-About:

********************************************
*  mecanique                                                       FULL   *
*  PROTON IDE                                                               *
*                                                                                    *
*  Proton IDE                                                                 *
*  IDE version 1.0.0.1                                                    *
*  (C) Copyright 2004 Mecanique UK                             *
*                                                                                    *
*  PROTON+ BASIC Compiler                                         *
*  Loader version                                                          *
*  Compiler version 2.2.0.20                                         *
*  (C) Rosetta Technologies/Crownhill Associates         *

It's Ok or I've any problem in my installation?. I think Proton Plus Compiler integrated under Proton DS shall be 3.0. Or not?

Hola Breixo

I am sorry if the readme!!.txt file was a little bit vague for you or other people, would you please upload the same document in english for the sake of other guys who don't understand spanish.

Thanks
Gracias
