Accounts that didn't match up some criteria are got deleted. There is no resurrection for those accounts. Only way to get in is to apply user registration like everybody else do.

Purging criteria is;

• 0 post, not logged in for 4 months         324
• 0 post, registered more than 4 months      221
• 2 posts, not logged in for 6 months         159
• 3 posts, registered more than 1 year      234
• 8 posts, not logged in for 1 year         271
• 50 posts, not logged in for 2 years         149

Total 1358 account deleted. 2501 account left. That means every 35 account out of 100 is deleted.
