You didn't tell us the packaging, the application, or what characteristics are important and what others you can discount. All of the vendors have parametric searches for parts. Should be pretty easy to find what you are looking for - but only you know what you are looking for at this point. Example, if you aren't using the full b/w and don't need the slew rate, a LMH6645 might work... These pcb's were designed to be part of a high quality function generator. Most of the main boards are missing this specific component. Maybe they had supply issue's as well. I have 2 complete working boards which enabled me to trace the missing part via the part code printed on it. So preferably the footprint should be the same (SOT-23/6). The FHP3131IS6X has the SOT footprint and the FHP3131IL6X the micro-pack. I am not sure what the requirements in the original design was as I am still trying to get hold of the circuit diagrams. This is the reason why I need a replacement with specs as close as possible to the original. Thanks for the suggestion on the National part. I see they have a 130MHz version also.
