How hard could it be to find the schematic of a spark generator that uses a battery, basic discrete components, and a transformer?

I'm want to build a shocker, spark circuit, but couldn't find any schematics.
Does have the schmatic to the following circuit, principles of how the circuit works, or another circuit of the same kind?

You can use an old camera flash light circuit...

That could certainly be lethal.

You don't need a large voltage. Skin resistance breaks down rapidly above 50 volts.

Dog training shock collars are an excellent source of safe, non-lethal voltage circuitry. Find a cheap used shock collar, open it up and reverse it if it isn't potted in epoxy. These things hurt like hell.

TENS units used by chronic pain patients or the sham type marketed as "muscle toners" will also work if set to maximum amplitude.

Are you trying to make a shocking circuit like what would be used as negative reinforcement in psychology experiments or are you looking to make a stun gun circuit?

Nah.. remove the large capacitor and you get a tiny voltage inverter that will give you small zing.. not lethal

You didn't tell him to remove the storage cap in your first message, did you?

Jesus, I have to quit responding to these kinds of threads. Just a waste of time.

Dude, chill out... and read!
My first message IS "remove the large capacitor" -
so whats your problem? something stuck?

I recommend you to do a current source. its better than a high voltage generator.
the muscle and the nerves respond to the current generated. i built a current pulse generator,
a square wave lower than 100Hz @ 10mA. I test it in my arm, and believe me more
than that current its painful.
the lower sensation i have with  1ma, and more than 20ma its really painful.
also the frecuency affect the sensation, lower the frecuency more shock you feel.
i,ve realize a circuit that i've found in www.edn.com with 3 operationals.
its a voltage to constant current converter. so your input its a voltage  a an your output its a current
I used a +-15V power supply, but for safety i recommend you test it with batteries first
bye
