But I have not seen any links to torrent sites like Piratebay. Is it against forum rules to post such links. As an answer then members are requesting Ebooks or programs?

One thing not in favour of such links is you have no control of them. I would say there are loads of free upload sites that if you don't name the files with real name they will last longer. I tried this but my ISP kicked my butt and told me to take it down. What is needed is someone that had a company server that would allow us to set up a server. The reason for using FTP is that it does not have all of the over head of the HTTP links and is therefore nearly twice as fast.... any ideas how to do this would be appreciated.. So thats why we choose this way.
