u can find lots manual here http://www.eserviceinfo.com/--- I'm searching for Philips/Fluke PM3082 Philips/Fluke PM3084 Philips/Fluke PM3092 Philips/Fluke PM3094 --- Service Manual Reference Manual SCPI Manual (covers IEEE-488.2 also) --- these are the same PM3082 series. anyone can help? |
