It is easy to read documentation of "FT245" to know how to use the chip with PIC.
Also it gives you "complete examples" using VB and LABVIEW. I appreciate his effort to share the HW design but thats less than half of the project. The other parts are PIC source code/hex as well as PC side source code/EXE. Anyway, thanks for sharing the schema/PCB (only) but I think you should have been more clear about it from the beginning.
