NoteHi, I'm a hacker, into whatever is going. A tinkerer from birth, I've been soldering since before I can remember, been into computers since the 286, PIC since 16F84 (MPLAB 5). I've dabbled in a bunch of the common languages, C, PERL, PHP, Python, BASH scripts, Javascript and even VB. I've also played with 386 assembler and debuggers. I've been out of PIC for a while. I am trying to get back in for some personal projects, only to discover that MPLAB 8, ICD2 and HITECH C have all been replaced, leaving me groping around on the internet for sites like yours to sort out issues with the new generation of dev tools. I have a fair amount of real world experience that I'd be happy to share with the community.
