Hi,

I think above circuit has some weak points. There should be protection diodes for the regulator IC.

If mains power was off and if there was a high capacitive load after the regulators, there would be a reverse polarised regulator and this might damage the regulator ICs such as LM317T.

Connections from potentiometers to ADJ pins are also missing on the schematic.

When draw schematic in Eagle use Net command, not line. With Line result is missing dots between connections, schematic is ugly and unreadable ;)
Net command puts dot automatically friend.
For this PS - use more 100nf capacitors, not only 2.

If this is a homebrew PCB, you will have to modify the libraries and make pads larger.

Hi, Darck_,

How much current will this supply and what kind of  transformer is used?  Seems like pin 2 of JP1 has to be the center tap.  How will you heat sink all the tabs on the TO-220 packages?  Not criticizing, just asking.  I agree with other posts; putting dots on connections would help readability and you may need more .001uF caps to prevent oscillation.

it's useless to modify the libraries. It's all about DRC settings, "restring" section for pads and vias

You are right, the library of EAGLE is use to two or more layers PCB, its pads little than single side PCB.
