Atmel has not the datasheet for ATtiny15. From Digikey (not in stock.. EOL?) 8-Bit 1.6 MHz - Detection of voltage dips / reset, POR, PWM, WDT 6 1KB (512 x 16) FLASH 64 x 8 - 2.7 V ~ 5.5 V A / D 4x10b From mouser: This part has been discontinued by the Supplier with No Replacement at this time.
