The FTP access doesn't work via a web browser (Firefox or IE, anyway) but works perfectly if you use an FTP client (I use WS_FTP Pro 95). The only difference I can see is that I'm NOT using passive mode. (I see you are - the PASV command. It seems to fail once you enter passive mode) Try turning passive off and try again. Good luck.
