I had already find this service manual but unfortunately does not contain the wiring diagram of PCB but only the assembly diagram. I am certain it is an obsolete part and why you can not find a datasheet on it. That series of chips are high voltage 3-phase motor drivers.
I would contact Allegro and see if they can get the old datasheet to you.
