Title: What is a XAA0503?
Post by: Alienbeing on May 04, 2008, 06:59:34 18:59
I have aquired some small circuit boards that my employer was trashing from a project awhile ago. These boards are vehicle rollover sensor boards that contain a pic30f3012 and adxl320 dual axis accelerometer. There is another IC on this board that I can't find any info on which is made by (ON) Logo in the chip "ON" is actually inside a circle. The numbers on this chip are 85025 and XAA0503. I think one is probably just a production date code possibly but not sure. I tried (ON) manufacture's website and can't find any info on there. My employer no longer has any info on these circuits or ICs.  Maybe someone on here has better semiconductor resources then I do and can offer some help. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Alienbeing

Thanks, ON just sent me the same datasheet. Your help was appreciated. No have to reverse engineer this board some and figure out how to make some use of it. Contains a nice dsPic to play with. Think it's already been programmed for the board's use.
