Title: EMF

Do you think that we can split the hydrogen and oxigen from water with a low current using the frecuency of an electromagnetic field?

I am not sure that I understand what you mean but no matter which method you use to split water you always need to supply at least enough energy to break the chemical bonds. This is a large amount of energy and the best you can do is supply the required energy as efficiently as possible and so if you are using a small current I don't know how you could supply enough energy.

Well... Im not sure about the power required to split the chemical bonds.
Actually the effect of resonanse its very interesting.
Maybe with a catalizer.
Just like the H2O2

I don't think resonance would make much difference, energy must still be conserved.
