or something  Huh Huh Huh

Yes, exist a form to get working, you have to put a 74ls07 and 3 transistors instead of dg411, like this:

Can you put a HD pic of your ICD2 LE?

Hi sohel

Why do you change ra0 instead ra4?, I'm very sure is ra4

VDD: Take it direct from the USB power.
VPP: Take it from the output of the Boost circuit (DC-DC converter). If you show me a Good picture (HD) from your ICD2 I can tell you.
ISP-VDD: Is the output of the Q2 Transistor and the input for the Q4 transistor, and also to power your target.

ISP adapter:

Good to know it's working  Wink
you're welcome

HI masud
I give you all the tools to correct the problem and none of them you are using. Study the diagrams that I send you and so you can solve this problem.
It is not complicated.

Dear Shoel
The Icd2 you collected from GURGAON Microchip seminar works well I have tested .
Icd2 must be attached to usb port after opening the mplab if you connect before it may give trouble because of driver settings pl go to the help mplab and search icd2.
the power supply should be of 5 volts. which is provided with a usb cable supplied.
thanks
