| Country | Norway | | Site | n/a | | Note | In the beginning of my thirties, EE background (cybernetics), works with a small military equipment designer/manufacturer, both hardware design & software development. PC skills include assembler/C/C++/scripting/MATLAB/LabView/EAGLE/SolidWorks/OrCAD, including SLPS SimuLink/OrCAD cosimulations. Scripting languages include macros (usually for grabbing huge pin tables for BGA processors from datasheet into Excel and further into EAGLE), EAGLE ULP for PCB design, MATLAB coding, and more. I do modest system designs from the ground up, have been a sucker for dsPIC/PIC24 microcontrollers for way too long so right now I'm moving to ST ARM Cortex-M4. Personal specialty is stabilization algorithms and their implementation, aka Kalman filters, I use MATLAB/Simulink for most of my algorithmic development. I have experience using the Analog Devices ADIS Inertial measurement units. This is a hobby as well as my work (not my only hobby though, all summer I'm gone fly fishing trout). |
