Title: [req] looking for a datasheet about this IC: "TDA 1077 P"
Post by: zuisti on June 14, 2010, 10:22:05 10:22
Hi all;

I'm looking a long ago for any info about this old phone IC (TDA 1077 P, Philips ?).
I think this is a DTMF encoder (generator ?)  for a normal phone 3x4 key matrix.
Google cannot help, at least to me ...
I need a datasheet (PDF) or any app info with a working schematic.

Please help me!
Thanks

Hi my friends;
Please help me!

Looked   :) an article at ieeexplore:
"The TDA1077-an I/sup 2/L circuit for two-tone telephone dialing"
The link:
ieeexplore.ieee.org/iel5/4/22554/01050884.pdf?arnumber=1050884

Unfortunately I cannot download it...

Abstract
The circuit-design aspects of an integrated circuit to perform two-tone telephone dialing are
described. The circuit is believed to be unique in that it combines both the crystal-controlled
frequency synthesizer and the output amplifier on the same chip. Moreover, no external power
supplies are required; the circuit is powered by the telephone-line current. Designed to require a
minimum number of external components, the LSI chip provides an economical and accurate
two-tone dialing unit. A typical application circuit for existing telephone apparatus is shown and
aspects of future development are discussed ...

Please upload this PDF to a file sharing site eq. ifile.it or ...

Thanks a lot!
