NS2016

My aftermarket car stereo device was not working probably.
I touch the screen and it give me a touch in some other part.
I gave the device to someone to fix but he said that one IC has a problem.
I attached the IC in my post.
I searched the internet for similar IC but it doesn't match 100%
The second line is always different (1507).
does anyone understand what the second number represent ?

You don't mention what stereo it is, but is there any way to perform a screen calibration? It sounds like it might be off. Products with touchscreens often have a screen calibration in some hidden menu somewhere.
