Title: [Req.] Bidirectional Analog Switch
Post by: puta on September 12, 2008, 11:32:30 23:32
Could anyone tell me Bidirectional analog (or TTL) switch with tristatea semiconductor IC . I need to on/off some electronic device's push button through a microcontroller, and signal could be either direction.

(I/O) < >          < > (I/O)
     o-----.  .-----o
              /
             |
             |
             o Control (Through microcontroller)

I have been serching this without success. Please help.

try 74cbt3383, or 74cbt3384,  or 74cbt series FET signal switch chip.
they are cheap and has very low on-resistance(5 to 7 ohms),  excellent for  analog/video/digital I/O bi-directional switch applications.  we have used it a lot in bi-directional video switch.

4066 is much better than 4016
